Red Hat launches two courses on Red Hat Ceph storage and OpenStack technologies

Red Hat Training introduces two new courses: Red Hat Ceph Storage Architecture and Administration (CEPH125) and Red Hat Ceph Storage for OpenStack Technologies (CEPH130).

CEPH125

A five-day course, Red Hat Ceph Storage Architecture and Administration (CEPH125), that teaches storage administrators, cloud operators, and cloud developers to deploy, configure, maintain, operate, and troubleshoot Red Hat Ceph Storage in their OpenStack environments.

Through the course, students will learn to:

  • Deploy Red Hat Ceph Storage and Red Hat Ceph Storage Gateway objects
  • Create a Ceph Block Device client
  • Troubleshoot Red Hat Ceph Storage
  • Integrate Red Hat Ceph Storage with Glance, Cinder, and Keystone

The course will be available in traditional classrooms and through private team training.

CEPH130

A two-day course, Red Hat Ceph Storage for OpenStack Technologies (CEPH130), that teaches storage administrators, cloud operators, and cloud developers how to integrate Red Hat Ceph Storage into their OpenStack environment. This course will show students the architecture of Red Hat Ceph Storage, how to deploy with OpenStack environments, and how to integrate with OpenStack technologies.

Through the course, students will also learn to:

  • Deploy Ceph Gateway
  • Create a Ceph Block client
  • Integrate Red Hat Ceph Storage with Glance, Cinder, and Keystone

The course will be available in traditional classrooms, online via instructor-led virtual classroom sessions, and through private team training.
